Shipping Policy

At Ecowings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:

30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@ecowings.uk. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation (RA) number if applicable.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
